Full or Part-Time Psychologist or LISW

The Covid pandemic has greatly impacted both youth and adults. People are suffering and in need of assistance. We have seen dramatic increases in mood issues and suicidality. We were already busy and now are struggling to keep up with the need for help. We are looking to add full or part time Psychologists or LISWs.

RPA is dedicated to providing services to youth, adults, and families who are in need of mental/behavioral health services. We offer both in person and virtual appointments. Our Psychologists & LISWs work with clients who have had traumatic events, abuse, adoption issues, giftedness, depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, attention difficulties, behavioral challenges, and relational issues. RPA strives to make youth, adults, and families feel comfortable and confident in their decision to seek assistance. When individuals and families have completed services, RPA’s goal is for them to feel assured that they can handle life’s difficulties together.

Candidates must be licensed psychologists or LISWs, or individuals with a Ph.D. or Psy.D. and close to licensure. Full-time Psychologists & LISWs have a 70/30 revenue split. Part-time Psychologists & LISWSs have a 65/35 split. To take the uncertainty out of being an independent contractor, we have partnered with a Certified Public Accountant and health insurance broker. The success of RPA is due to the amazing individuals we have on our team and their desire to serve clients in need.
