Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Professional Psychology

Royalton Psychological Associates, LLC (RPA) is excited to announce our Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Professional Psychology. RPA is a southwest Cleveland suburb private practice established in 2012. RPA’s practice operates with a team approach and is dedicated to its core values of Integrity, Understanding, Family, Resiliency, and Interconnectedness when providing services. If you are an energetic, dedicated, problem solver who is committed to individuals and families and helping them move forward together, then this is fellowship for you.

RPA is dedicated to providing services to youth, adults, and families who are in need of mental/behavioral health services. We offer both in person and virtual appointments. Our Psychologists work with clients who have had traumatic events, abuse, adoption issues, giftedness, depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, attention difficulties, behavioral challenges, and relational issues. RPA strives to make youth, adults, and families feel comfortable and confident in their decision to seek assistance. When individuals and families have completed services, RPA’s goal is for them to feel assured that they can handle life’s difficulties together.

RPA has developed positive working relationships with several schools and physician practices in the area. We are most known for our work with youth and families, and our adult services have been growing. This fellowship is a youth and family focused position. The Fellow will work with youth from pre-school to emerging adulthood with some adult clients to help round out training. We ask that applicants have previous training and experience with youth; come from an APA accredited doctoral program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology; and completed their pre-doctoral internship. The program will start either September 1st or 15th depending on Fellow availability and run for 12 months.

RPA has much to offer a Fellow. Our staff is all Psychologists who believe in a collaborative approach to services and treatment. We tell people that we take our work seriously but not ourselves. Salary is $50000 with three weeks of paid time off and eight holidays. The fellow has a private, furnished office with all services provided on-sight. Supervision and training will meet requirements for Ohio licensure. Ohio licensure requirements tend to be consistent with most other states. If you are looking for licensure in a state with unique requirements, just let us know so we can ensure licensure wherever you want.
